Data protection-related information on the “BeltLife” and “BoardQuality” mobile apps

Part of providing our “BeltLife” and “BoardQuality” mobile applications involves us collecting and processing certain personal data to ensure the functionality and security of our apps. The following data are stored by the users of our apps:
− User’s name
− User’s email address
− User’s organization
− Usage statistics, including which app(s) are used and when the user last verified their identity

Data storage and processing
The above-mentioned personal data are stored exclusively on Microsoft servers in Switzerland. Access to this data is strictly limited and reserved exclusively for Steinemann system administrators.
Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of verifying the identity of users and providing them with secure access to our services.

Data deletion
The user’s data will be deleted at their request. If a user decides not to renew our services or if they do not authenticate their identity for a period of 6 months, their personal data will be automatically deleted.
